Web site says hvac under warranty for a year, we bought this place in January 2017 and by the time summer time came the air conditioning didn't cool,I was told it work when we moved in, how the hell do you know if the air conditioning works in January. Needless to say I had to pay 300 to get it fixed.
Jerry krump is the worst winter I have ever had the experience of dealing with. He likes to rip off his customers and is a very unfair renter. He also takes no responsibility for his properties and refuses to fix up anything that needs to be fixed he has a very bad attitude and I am very grateful to have found a better place to live so that I no longer have to deal with this horrible company ever again
Bought house from them. They was to put two windows in after moving in in July. It's now December an still no windows. House also had a leak in roof. One found before we bought and was fixed. The other the day we moved in. They patched it very crappy I might add. I have since had a guy out to fix roof as best as possible until I can put new roof on house. Which sucks by the way. Bought a house and had no plans of putting a roof on it.
This guy bret, is a Rip off!! He hires low experience laborers to do his work and after a couple off weeks with no pay they leave. He then moves onto the next unsuspecting victim. And he blames it on the laborer. This guy is the epitome of bad construction. He drinks on the job. I have visited a couple of his jobs and his work is shoddy at best Please Be Aware of him.He will promise you the world and deliver you Crap. Either as a his worker or as your contractor. He is not to be trusted !!!!
