I moved into these apartments several years ago because it meant all the criteria I was looking for, but after becoming a part of this community I found so much more! Jaynie has become like family and people here go out of their way to actually be neighbors and look after each other. Super rare these days, All of my requests have been promptly respected and fulfilled and the management has worked with me to find solutions over the past few years and we have created a perfect home thank you guys!

Do you like leaky windows, hollow drafty walls, disruptive neighbors, constant bug infestations and illegal rent increases? I've lived here for several years but since Jaynie Black became manager in late 2022, she has bullied, lied and retaliated to get illegal rent increases. She is completely untrust worthy. Jaynie has made multiple attempts to illegally raise rent up to 46% within 1 year. From January - June 2023, she tried to illegally increase it 30%. I am a new resident but have lived at an apartment that was also managed by the manager, Jaynie here. She has made our moving experience so much easier and always puts her residents safety first. We love having her as our property manager and it was a big part of our decision to move to Lakeview. I truly feel like I can trust Jaynie with any issues that come up at the apartment complex.
