They need a new maintenance person because clearly nothing gets fixed like imagine having a tenant live without a fridge for weeks
I’ll start with all bad then the one good. Bad: 1. After we moved out 30 days passed… no word of a security deposit being returned. (Illegal in the state of Utah). After that I called 7-9 times (two of the nine going right to voicemail) and sent 3 emails to the manager. No response on the emails and the response on the phone was always “it’s in process, we’ll reach out to the manager”. This place is infested with bedbugs I found them the day I moved into my apartment here and they got into everything I own making my life very difficult and the management company refused to compensate me for anything that I had to throw out. This apartment complex is gross and not well maintained I would definitely recommend finding a better place to live with better management.
