When we first moved in, things were great inexpensive rent, safe and quiet, could leave things in the yard and they stayed in your yard. Then they sold it, new owner fixed up the roads and driveways, raised the rent and changed trash companies. Then they brought in a ton of new houses and people, it started being noisy and stuff started to disappear out of yards.But they paid someone to mow every lot.
