DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. $2600 for a 1 bedroom no balcony and no hot water for 6+ months and black mould upon move in along with many broken things.. they are shady. Avoid at all costs Edit: I have sent an email to the owner with still no response
