This review is specifically for the WONDERFUL employee Barbara who goes above and beyond to care for our building. Whether it’s helping to monitor our visitor parking , or stopping strange people trying to slip in without the proper access she does so much more then I believe is her job! 10/10 Barbara makes living here better . I can't say enough about the amazing team at my new home, from Shayan to barb and everyone in between, I couldn't be more impressed and happy about the way I have felt and been treated, if your looking into your forever home, 3 east 37th street is definitely the home for you. I just recently moved into a one bedroom at 3-East 37th street in Hamilton. I dealt with Shayan all the way until move in. He was fantastic to deal with. Very personable, very attentive and very helpful. Made the transition very seamless. I also dealt with Barbara, who was looking after the building I was moving into.
