Even if you have an appointment, the appointment desk can call you two hours before it and cancel it because they feel the doctor doesn't see people for your concern and you should see someone else. All this after this particular doctor told me specifically to come see her if I needed to see a doctor. If your insurance will allow it, go elsewhere.
They seem to have good doctors but good luck getting an appointment when you really need one. After a hospital stay for a blood clot i was instructed to follow up with my PCP. I was glad i had a doctor there that I had established a relationship with and had a baseline but was surprised that they couldn't fit me in her schedule for at least 4 weeks for a post hospital visit for a blood clot. The scheduler was extremely rude, i switched doctors and clinics that day.
Many great doctors to choose from. I have been going to Lakeview Clinic for a few years. Unfortunately, at one point, my primary care physician left the clinic and I was left without a doctor. It wasn't a problem though, the staff set me up with another great doctor! I continue to go for regular check ups and am always confident that there is someone there that can help.
