I would give a 0 if that was an option. My son needs mental healthcare - anxiety and paranoia. I called from 8 AM to 9 AM and the phone would just ring for 15 minutes and then disconnect you - four times! So I ended up taking him to Twin Cities in Niceville to get help - very disappointed. Will not try this place again.
Tried to call and make an appointment and got hung up on twice. I guess they don't need any new patients. Could've just said that....
This place is amazing. I have dealt with mental health my whole life and I must say this place is by far the best. Josh is so understanding and truly wants to help me figure out what is going on with me. They have helped me stay clean and be more productive in life. My therapist Amy is also amazing and I feel very comfortable when talking to her. All the staff is so welcoming and talk to me when I go there. I can’t remember her name but she greets me when I first get there to get my blood pressure and she is always so nice. ... read more
Horrible communication! The nurse will never call you back ever! Will let patients run out of medication with no concern.. How can a nurse get a voicemail 2 times stating someone is out of their medication and just never respond! This is a monthly occurrence, it has never ran smooth.. My daughter is 100% disabled and needs her medication and they do not care. In all of her 32 years on earth have I ever come up against such incompetence and lack of care for patients.
