It’s not my job to know where to get my medical records from I can’t even take care of my own self that’s why I am calling you and it’s definitely not my fault when you give me a number to a whole other hospital who don’t work with you anymore and are telling me that they been trying to fix this cause y’all’s people keep calling them honestly just write the correct number down wasting my time trying to make me feel stupid cause oh this is the nurses station. I don’t really care
This place isn't true help for mental illness! They throw you what THEY WANT to throw you when you tell them it's not helping. Even having a support system with them at the "VIDEO" appointment begging they prescribe a med that truly helps their loved one and they still find excuses of why they can't! It's a place like this is why our loved ones turn to street drugs and drinking Their suffering, their begging to be able to sleep, their begging to calm their bodies down and all they get is a bunch of heartless so called docto... read more
I would give a 0 if that was an option. My son needs mental healthcare - anxiety and paranoia. I called from 8 AM to 9 AM and the phone would just ring for 15 minutes and then disconnect you - four times! So I ended up taking him to Twin Cities in Niceville to get help - very disappointed. Will not try this place again.
