This place isn't true help for mental illness! They throw you what THEY WANT to throw you when you tell them it's not helping. Even having a support system with them at the "VIDEO" appointment begging they prescribe a med that truly helps their loved one and they still find excuses of why they can't! I would give a 0 if that was an option. My son needs mental healthcare - anxiety and paranoia. I called from 8 AM to 9 AM and the phone would just ring for 15 minutes and then disconnect you - four times! So I ended up taking him to Twin Cities in Niceville to get help - very disappointed. Will not try this place again.
Tried to call and make an appointment and got hung up on twice. I guess they don't need any new patients. Could've just said that....
This place is amazing. I have dealt with mental health my whole life and I must say this place is by far the best. Josh is so understanding and truly wants to help me figure out what is going on with me. They have helped me stay clean and be more productive in life. My therapist Amy is also amazing and I feel very comfortable when talking to her. All the staff is so welcoming and talk to me when I go there. I can’t remember her name but she greets me when I first get there to get my blood pressure and she is always so nice. ... read more
