DANGEROUSLY NEGLIGENT. My partner and I have seen psychiatrists here for adult outpatient care for over 2 years and we are currently living a nightmare. For months, getting our prescriptions filled has been a massive struggle due to constant case manager turnover. We are fed every excuse in the book: "we can't keep a case manager," "they are out of town," or feigned ignorance ("I had no idea!"). Great staff, quick and friendly once you are enrolled. Life saving program. Only thing I could complain about is the waiting list upon applying. If you need to get in here don't wait! At least call and plan for it now cause it can take a while to be seen. Other than that I have no complaints whatsoever!
Everyone there is excellent, great people. Except April the lady at the window. She discriminates, she judges, and she's racial. If she does not like you she will push you out the door, even if you're going by the rules and guidelines. Other than that everyone there is excellent.
