Great Experience! I was in need of the Crisis Stabilazation Unit. Not only did they help me in my moment of crisis, but they followed up with a case manager, therapy sessions scheduled, and follow up psychiatric care. Every single person carried themselves with compassion, empathy, kindness, and competence. I am so grateful I found this place. Thank you for helping me in my time of need.
Kadeira offered to cancel my appointment when I mentioned that I needed help, but then she asked why I needed to cancel. I explained that I would be in another town at a doctor's appointment, she asked when I'd be back. She went above and beyond by finding me another appointment for next week, one I could make it to! Thanks so much!

I been on the phone for about a hour trying to talk to someone about what time was my appointment and no one would answer the phone.
I’ve been trying to make an appointment for four days to my therapist Nick and not one person in that organization will put me on the phone with him or neither to his receptionist to make an appointment. I’ve downloaded Zoom ahead of time because they told me I could make an appointment like that. I can’t even get them on the phone so Nick if you ever read this, I need your help man. I just couldn’t get a hold of you.
