Everything about this place is horrible. From the appointment process, to the care process, to billing, nothings works as it should and the patient, and there family suffer. Highly recommend families seek medical care elsewhere.
I had to wait over 90 minutes for a Zoom call🙄 Only went through everything to get said appointment.
I needed my medical records and Pam took the time to get them for me. She was very friendly.
In response to the owners, Multiple complaints have already been filed in regards to the treatment and care provided at such facility. Please reveiw the complaint files and follow up in a timely manner. Like two years later: Still never received a follow-up on the complaints. They will give you a serotonin overdose and never respond to you. Will recommend getting a Marijuana prescription instead of treating you for anxiety. Any women that have been sexually assaulted or abused, this is not a safe place to talk to you.
Victoria Gunter is my counselor and she's absolutely amazing. Very proactive about trying to help me manage and maintain my mental health conditions and the side effects that come along with them. She calls me personally to check up on me usually at least 1-2 times per week when things aren't doing so well. She has stayed late, Contacted me while she was on vacation and actually genuinely seems to care about my daily and life long struggles.
