AWFUL Customer Service This establishment is very unprofessional and does not want to own up-to responsibility. On June 16, 2011 @ 1:40 p.m. (CST) I went in for a full-service car wash and ended up having to fix my air conditioning blower, which cost me $300.00!!! Pricey but never thorough I have been to Lakeview several times over the years, but each time I am reminded that it is over priced and mediocre. There's no reason they should be adjusting my seat I have to have just right for my bad back. I could understand moving my seat if I drove with it moved up close to the wheel, but I don't. They also leave waterspots, dirt on the wheels and rocker panels, bugs on the front which all that high-tech equipment missed. Good Car Wash, but.... I think the car wash is great, but..... I pay extra for my truck and for the past three visits, since I got my truck, for some reason they never get to the back. Today, I had to go back and ask them to clean the back for me, is that not why I pay extra? I could overlook once, but three times now, what's up with that? I also noticed they pay alot of attention to the side that you can see them working on, but get home and the other side still has the water spots. best in town i have been to many car washes around the metroplex and lakeview car wash is by far the most accommodating and thourough. the management and staff are both very personable.
awesome car wash I had my car detailed, and they did an excellent job, while I waited I shopped in their great gift shop.
Impressed This is the cream of the crop in car washes. They personally take care of you and your vehicle from the minute you pull into the facilities. They are a full service car wash and also a complete auto detailing service. I have not used the auto detailing but would not hesitate after using the basic services. The also specialize in boat detailing and have a cute little gift shop on location to shop at while your waiting for your vehicle to be pampered.
Prices high, washes are not very thorough I couldn't believe how much it cost to have my car washed at this place. Then, I get home and notice that the wheels are still filthy. Next time (yes, I went back again since it's close to my house), I mentioned that they'd forgotten to clean my car's wheels on my previous visit. Turns out they hadn't forgotten, but wheel cleaning wasn't included in the basic wash that I had chosen! Sheesh. I can get my water hose out from now on and scrub the car myself.
