Disgusting food,staff has horrible attitude, there is a complete lack of respect towards and communication within the staff. We were stuck inside with barely any groups all day everyday. The staff will literally laugh and stare at you when you’re having a hard time and the patient have to help eachother out with everything. There is a night nursing supervisor named kiah . A socials worker name Emily Ann an some other staff who were great which is the only reason I give it a 2. DO NOT GO HERE!!
They say a team will be assigned to prepare plan and counseling. Second day saw doctor for 15 minutes and case worker has still not been seen or heard from. Facility is disgustingly filthy, staff is rude and indifferent. Staff clearly tries to have patients time extended for financial reasons. Absolutely don’t let a loved one go to this place. Hoping to get a special investigator involved to address this place. Should be shut down!
Going to sue them for prescribing me epileptic medication. Cost me a career with the US Air Force because of it. The pharmaceutical report flagged the recruiter I was speaking with.
If I could leave 0 stars I would however google isn’t that gracious. This facility and its so called professionals are some of the worst trained individuals i’ve experienced, my girlfriend has spoken with elementary school counselors that have more empathy and compassion than the nurses who are only here for a paycheck and the doctors who could give less of a care about their patients. If I could give no stars to this facility, I would! If I’m ever in a crisis, I would rather deal with it alone than be subjected to the lack of care, quality and attention that these people give. First, they don’t inform you of any of their policy, procedures or practices once you’re there for intake. I was told I’d be there for 72 hours/3 days. Imagine my surprise having to find out from a patient that the stay there is 3-5 days and they can KEEP you there as long as they WANT without you ACTUALLY SEEING A DOCTOR, I was the... read more
