great i love the place the waiting room was horrible though but it was great I had an incredibly positive experience at this mental health center. Says on website and on Facebook they offer teen iop yet when you call. Lady answering states they do NOT, even after you inform them that it is on their website as of February 15th, 2026. Waste of time.
I would have given them 0 stars if that was an option. While I was there for 7 days during a time of crisis, I did not have a regular counselor, I had a floater. I was assaulted by my roommate, no hot water in the shower. They only kept me that long to bill my insurance. My normal medicine was not given on time. And their idea of therapy was to watch a video for mental health medication. Would Not recommend if you care for your loved ones.
