I went here a few months ago and I loved the staff and they were just ever caring the only thing that was not my favorite was there wasn't really any thing like there was only XL scrubs and I couldn't where them when my clothes where being processed
The staff at this facility do not seem to even care about their patients unless they are experiencing a life threatening emergency. If you need help, don't expect it to come quickly. I witnessed patients who were fainting, passing out, or clearly in distress waiting far too long before anyone responded. The lack of urgency and compassion is deeply concerning, especially in a place where people are already vulnerable. This place is about as bad as Summit Ridge in Lawrenceville GA….. They withholding information and won’t let me talk to my dad….. He is someone with dementia and needs to be told that he has to call me and give me the code and they won’t
Tonight was very emotional. We had to place my grandson in the care of people that could help him. He had attempted suicide. Something that know one should face. We started to another facility but God made it rain. The closest mental health locations was Lakeview this was the best detour we could have possibly made thanks to the patients and kindness of the staff Ebony, Crystal and Channel.
