The facility's personnel are always very courteous, knowledgeable and personable for office management and staff. Shantal Llorente is always ready to help residents. In addition to her office duties, she will help in any way from handling a spill on the floor to fulfilling a resident's clerical request. The building is impeccably maintained.
Anna who is no longer here and Shantell are the best. Eugene who is the maintenance man always keep things clean and are the best people to work with. I've lived here for 4 years and have never had a bad experience. They also ensure that there's activities that you can participate in.

Living at Victoria Park was a dream come true I love it here people are friendly the activities keep you busy the grounds are well kept and beautiful management staff is on point
First, I would like to thank both Zach & Michelle (onsite office staff) for their tireless efforts managing this facility! Although I've only been a resident for 6 months, I have personally witnessed numerous improvements from the previous regime regarding safety, accessible parking, quality of living and cleanliness.
