First, I would like to thank both Zach & Michelle (onsite office staff) for their tireless efforts managing this facility! Although I've only been a resident for 6 months, I have personally witnessed numerous improvements from the previous regime regarding safety, accessible parking, quality of living and cleanliness. First off, May I give kudos to the staff (mainly Helen and Eugene). They have never hesitated to help me with any issue. Now, I do have one thing to mention. I have a ginormous tree outside my window that when it’s in bloom blocks half my outside view. The tree has beetles and they constantly fly at my window and just recently there was a woodpecker. I have been asking for this tree to be cut back for a while now and while assured they are aware, the tree hasn’t been touched. I hope this reaches the party that needs to hear ... read more
