Our visit to the senior community was a wonderful experience. The property manager, Shacreta communicated clearly with us, was very kind, and explained how we may be able to work together. Her positive energy made the conversation feel warm and welcoming. We truly appreciated how happy she was to assist us and share helpful information.
Friendly, clean and daily activities
The facility's personnel are always very courteous, knowledgeable and personable for office management and staff. Shantal Llorente is always ready to help residents. In addition to her office duties, she will help in any way from handling a spill on the floor to fulfilling a resident's clerical request. The building is impeccably maintained.
Anna who is no longer here and Shantell are the best. Eugene who is the maintenance man always keep things clean and are the best people to work with. I've lived here for 4 years and have never had a bad experience. They also ensure that there's activities that you can participate in.
