These doors inside have locks but no keys. My dog got locked in the bathroom. No big deal just call maintenance right? Their one hour meeting is more important than sending one person to help my helpless dog freaking out in a locked bathroom. What if it’s my child? I’d be the bad guy breaking down the door. The person on the phone had the audacity to say to put a maintenance request that could take all day or until tomorrow. My dog is locked in the bathroom and they suggested I waited until tomorrow. The office staff is very helpful and are always prompt. Great location to live in and nice to apartments to live in as well.
We were welcomed with smiles and hello’s. Very friendly staff and quick and efficient. The move in process was very easy. To top it off, they gave us a $500 gift card to spend on anything we wanted. Lakeview gets 5 stars from us. Happy, Don and Toni.
Sadira was the lease consultant that my mom and I toured the property with today. We give her 5 star rating because of how informative, forth coming, and professional she is.
