Have lived in a building managed by Lakeview Associates for four years. Incredible leasing company honestly. Buildings are well maintained, staff is kind and helpful, apartments are nice. If you're looking for an apartment in Lincoln Park or Lakeview, you should really check them out :)
I rented with Lakeview Associates for about 3 years and they were awesome to work with. Nice apartments, management was great, and whenever maintenance needed to be done, it was done really quickly. Definitely enjoyed my time here a lot. Ben was always incredibly helpful and so great to work with. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking to rent an apartment in Chicago!
I think this has to be one of the best management teams in the area. It's the only place I have lived in Chicago so far and I will not leave this company unless I leave the area. I've lived in two buildings now, the Oakdale Location and Pine Grove. They have responded instantly to every maintenance request. Public areas are spotless. Benjamin has absolutely been the best building manager. I've been in the same unit going on six years and only moving on to purchase. He is professional, responsive, and gets things done in a quick and efficient manner! No slumlord frustrations here!
Belmont 620 building - Definitely 💯 recommended, great location, nice apartment and great property management, Ben is a great person, my family and I enjoyed a lot our stay.
