Benjamin has absolutely been the best building manager. I've been in the same unit going on six years and only moving on to purchase. He is professional, responsive, and gets things done in a quick and efficient manner! No slumlord frustrations here!
Belmont 620 building - Definitely 💯 recommended, great location, nice apartment and great property management, Ben is a great person, my family and I enjoyed a lot our stay.
I cannot recommend Lakeview Associates enough if looking for an apartment in Lakeview/ Lincoln Park! Joe and his team have incredible pride in their properties, and it shows in the condition and quality of their units...not the "Landlord Special" we are all accustomed to here in Chicago!! Excellent communication, timely maintenance response, and an overall top-tier renting experience. 10/10.
This is the best property management company in Chicago. 620 W Belmont was such a joy to live in-it was always clean, cheap rent compared to the rest of the area, no cat rent, great updated features, and maintenance was ALWAYS so responsive if there was an issue. And most importantly, the property manager, Ben, was so responsive and made move in and move out a breeze. If I didn't need more space-I would have never moved. THANK YOU! :)
