I lived here for four years and I just loved it there! The management is good and quick in responding to issues. The walls in this building are thin and you can hear your neighbors at night especially. But overall my experience was good.
The management is horrid!
I would not recommend living here. The building has ongoing maintenance issues, and management doesn’t seem interested in addressing them. The walls are paper-thin—you can hear neighbors above and below clearly. I regularly heard someone working out upstairs and another playing guitar downstairs. If you value quiet, this place isn’t for you. Laundry is overpriced at $2.25 per wash and dry, and insect problems occasionally come up.
