Safe Haven The Bond House is an amazing complex. I lived there for a year, left for personal reasons but now I'm moving back. I see and hear about seniors becoming targets for home invasions. Bond House solves the issue for me. It's real secure, quite, close to lots of venues. Has washers and dryers in all the units. Courteous staff and residents. Great manager and maintenance man. Very quick turnaround on repairs. Has an service coordinator. I'm pushing 67. Want to live in safe place, home for me is the Bond House.
Cozy Apartment Great management with staff on site. Units a little small but cozy. Beautiful view of Morgan lake front front units. Pets allowed with approval.great maintenance.
Terrible management!! Beware Apparently the company that owns Cayuga Village removes their bad reviews. I recently reviewed this place as horrible and suddenly the review disappears? I spoke to the Manager Lisa who is very rude. I was just inquiring for my disabled mom regarding possibly looking at this facility. (My mom is disabled and I speak on her behalf.) My concern with this facility it that if they can speak to you on the phone in such a way I wonder how they treat their elderly living there? I also have been reading ... read more

As a matter of policy we didn’t, nor have we ever altered/removed any online reviews. I was disappointed to read this review. Customer service and the manner in which we treat our residents, vendors, caregivers and applicants is extremely important to us. To the best of my knowledge the writer of this review never contacted me. I am not aware of any site reviews alleging we have drug addicts living in the community, nor am I aware of any type of illegal drug activity at the property.
