From the very beginning, the managers were very helpful, professional, patient and welcoming. I want to take a moment to give a huge thank you to the management team Jocelyn & Yvonne here at Lakeview Apartments Rockwall for making my move-in experience so smooth and stress-free! Apartments are raggedy on the outside. I came at 9: 57 to tour the property I waited till 10:02 to go in I go in and wait and look around because no one was at the front I called no one answered and I waited till 10:11 and decided to leave 0/10. Waist of time
This is a beautiful and quiet place. The staff is very nice and understanding. Eddie was extremely helpful and hands-on during the application and move-in process. They even checked on us after the move in process to make sure everything went well. I so appreciative of the staff and I am very happy with my decision to call this place my new home.
Such good customer service! I went in to drop off a package and Yvonne was so kind enough to help! Such an uplifting spirit too!
Right now, I am giving Lakeview 3 stars. I want to preface this by saying, Eddie the leading consultant that helped me when I came to do a tour is an absolute rock star! He deserves 5-stars! My rating does not reflect on him whatsoever. Jocelyn has been incredibly helpful since moving in as well. My problems have been since moving in almost a month ago.
