Management has been great to deal with in the transition process. Never had an issue with Avenue Living and their service. Maintenance issues are addressed promptly and they are accommodating to my erratic schedule. Stayed at a previous Avenue Living building for several years and just recently moved into Lakeview apartments. Will update if any issues encountered
Horror story this building needs to be fixed I moved into this building apartment 7 work remote nights with health issues there a constant noise coming from upstairs flat 11 day and night loud banging with kids I went and told the tenant upstairs to request not to make noise not nothing happened next day I went to property manager telling them this same issue but nothing was done am going to take legal action and also going to authorities
Very old building. tenants are moving in and out every month. it is not worth it the money that you pay for rent.
