I have a very positive experience renting from this landlord. Dasha, building manager , was consistently professional, approachable, and responsive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Any maintenance requests were handled efficiently, which made living in the property stress-free.

Dasha Ryzhkova is a manager that works with Avenue Living and she is the one you want as your contact within this company. There have been two instances where a quick text to her has resulted in quick and efficient solutions. It’s because of her that I’m content to stay with Avenue Living and I certainly believe the head office/call centre could learn many things from Dasha’s approach to customer service and client satisfaction.
I would like to share a positive experience regarding the maintenance service on Portnall Avenue. Taranjeet Singh did an excellent job—he was efficient, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Not only did he complete the work thoroughly, but he also took the time to clean up the area afterward, leaving everything neat and tidy.
Unit was absolutely filthy, dead bugs and dirt everywhere. Nothing was repaired everything is broken, doesn’t look like anyone has been here since the last tenant moved out which is concerning considering they charge tenants for repairs and cleaning upon move out but they don’t do either of those things.
