Broken AC unit These people expected me to stay after our ac went out in the middle of summer. My son has serious breathing conditions when he sleeps and they still made us wait 4 days to get the unit! Do not move here, they get attitudes with people and do not care about their residents.
S Williams ?? I don’t advise anyone with housing to move here. I was approved for a apartment gave my 30 day notice at my current residents because I was told I had 30 days to move in. They did not give me 30 days to move in or advised that time would be lessened . Instead they gave me only 2 weeks to move in. Terrible and Rude I went to look at a two bedroom apartment at Appleton Apartments, and I went into the clubhouse to talk to management and I was very disappointed and annoyed. The lady told me they didn't have anything open, and told me nothing would ever be open even when I told her I wouldn't be looking to move for a couple months. Then when I told her about the ad on this website and other websites, all she said was, "Yeah, I need to change that." Great Great apartment for the price. Nice neighbors and great management. Nice and friendly personnel. Very helpful maintenance crew. Central location close to shopping and grocery store. Close enough to greenwood and Indianapolis, great for local workforce.
Great Community I have lived in this community for over a year now, and I have been nothing but satisfied. The office staff is friendly and always there to help. The maintenance crew is always on top of their job. You call in a request and they are there sometimes within minutes. The apartments are spacious and very comfortable. The buildings are newer, so that might have something to do with it. The people who live here are all friendly, and are usually outside sitting on their porch. Lakeview Apartments I love my apartment. One bedroom. Washer and dryer hook ups in apartment. I am on disability and can afford my rent and utilites here. I don't receive any help with rent and I am very comfortable here.Grounds kept very clean. Also has pool for summer months. Love that the hallway is enclosed which helps with cooling and heating. Also pet friendly.
