Awesome I absolutely love living at the bluffs. The staff is friendly and treat every issue with a sense of urgency. Franklyn is definitely an asset to the bluffs!

Great Apartments Lakeview apartments are great. We’ve made many memories here already as first time renters. Everyone is extremely helpful and nice. The price is great for the area and included many things that other apartments add hidden fees for!
Great Staff Property management is very helpful and responsive. Rent is rising, but it is still cheaper than other places in the area. Apartment is clean and in good condition! All in all, I would recommend this complex!
Questionable rule guidelines Went to the pool earlier with my roommate. Nothing out of the ordinary- I was wearing the same type of clothing I always do. Hadn't even been in 5 minutes when a woman (presumably management), approaches me and says, "Sir you're going to have to get out of the pool. You can't be in there in underwear." I was taken aback for a moment because I was clearly not in underwear but a pair of shorts. I address this and she proceeds to tells me, "you can't be in the pool in street clothes. Excellence at its best!!! The staff is amazing!! They are always ready and willing to make this property home for their tenants. The up keep here is phenomenal. Check this facility out I like living here! The maintenance crew is prompt & efficient. The club house staff is professional & helpful. The apartment interior is inviting & open. The pool is clean & well managed. Thankfully the facility’s exterior is slowly being updated. It is an ongoing need. No walking/jogging trails nearby. Many of the sidewalks are a good alternative though. No dog park here but most owners pick up after their pets. The current lawn service company does a decent job.

The best complex in town! I have lived here for 2 years now and have nothing to complain about! The maintenance gets things done quickly and the ladies in the office are so welcoming and helpful! I also have had multiple family members live here for years and have only heard great things. Highly recommend!!
