No longer a great place to live I have lived here for almost 2 years. We have recently switched managers. And the new one is completely terrible. She has not informed me of a new monthly fee of my pets when before there has not been one and now instead I got in trouble because she failed at doing her job of notifying our community. She is not helpful at all. She doesn't answer questions and has refused to give me a copy of my lease and pet agreement when I have asked numerous times now. Lakeview Living Living at Lakeview Apartments has been a great journey. I have been living here for almost 2 years now and I believe that one of the most important thing about living in an apartment is having great management and a great team to help them out, and that is what Lakeview has. They keep the building and the outside areas very clean, they are understanding, have great communication and as long as you communicate back with them they are always willing to help out with any problem you may have to make your living ... read more
OKAY It's okay. I moved here recently and plan to move when my lease is up. Parking is terrible for guests, too may rules and I only get one key for the building, so it's impossible to have a houseguest. Receiving packages is impossible. No way for UPS or Fed-Ex to get in.
