new management is horrible. have been waiting 2 months for security deposit
I lived at Prescott Lakeview apartments for 6 years. Always found Briana (the manager) and Dave (the maintenance gentleman) to be top notch in every way. The only reason I left was that I moved to Phoenix for a different career. I miss them very much, and wish my new manager was as good as they are.
I love this community. Small but quiet. Only reason people move out is to buy a house or to rent a place that has washer/dryer in unit. I have lived here almost 3 years. Does that say anything ! I get along with the landlord Brianna.! Huge bonus.
We loved living here! Briana, the property manager was very understanding and we loved that the water, sewage and trash were covered. Be forewarned, these apartments don't have A/C, but window units are allowed--and really all you'll need in Prescott anyhow. Great place to call home!
Do not rent here!!! – I have been a tenant here for 3 years. Our former Landlord was wonderful and our maintenance man is great. The landlord went out of her way to help us when we had hard times and was quik to respond to any complaint. The problem is the Owner of the Complex. I walked in to my landlord's office and heard him yelling at her over the phone. She was sitting there trying to hide her tears but he was not letting up on her.
