Roof leaked the entire time I lived here, landlord wouldnt speak with me about it. Took them 4 months to fix it and they still have not patched up the work. Over priced and the landlord SUCKS. Extremely noisey neighbors and the parking lots are not well kept and cars get broken into constantly.
It doesn't get any better...Good neighbors, Good Location, Good Management team, Beautiful Lake with boat'n & fish'n....Love it here!
I've lived here for going on three years and love it. Close to Bidwell Park bike paths and the fishing is great.
