I lived in lakeview for 3 years. there is one lady in the office that is very very rude. also we had mice upstairs really bad i had to fix the problem my self. also when i moved it was cleaner than it was when i moved out and i only go 80.00 back from my deposit out of 350.00 you have to have the carpets clean when you move. and it better be spot less.the deposit is a joke you will not ge it back..... the lady in the office the one that is in charge is very rude.need new managment....
Lived there for a year and the office staff was rude and nothing would get fixed. When I moved out I got a HUGE bill that included the stuff that I had bugged mantaince to fix for months. There were also a lot of bugs and I could hear everything that happened in my neighbors apartment because the walls are paper thin. Location is nice, but thats about it.
I have lived in lakeview for about 7 monts now I like the location but i have been having air condition trouble this started in april it is now july and they havent fixed the problm i would like to know who i could get in touch with to get this fixed everytime i call the mantaince men come right out and shoot coolent in it and it lasts for about 3 weeks then it gets hotter then hell in my apartment and i have to call again i would just like for someone to fix it right. is there anyone thats knows the number to the main offic... read more
The maintenance staff was VERY helpful and always prompt. However, trying to contact someone in the office who was informed on a day-to-day basis was a challenge. No one was aware when we turned in our final payment, statement of departure, poor snow removal, loud, unkept, and when it was time to get our deposit back; no one was for sure when or what had to be done before we received it (which we didnt because "they had to clean the carpet professionally").
Recently I looked into renting an appt. and was a little shocked to see children in the office! One of the staff was carrying a newborn baby around on her shoulder while trying to assist me. They didnt seem very helpful or eager to show apts. Needless to say we decided that we would probably have an unpleasant experiance renting there and didnt!
I lived at Lakeview for a year and it was a terrible experience. Never once did I get a quick response when I called for repairs, every time I had to call and "remind" them multiple times that I needed something done. The staff is rude and arrogant and not helpful whatsoever. Oh,and if you do decide to rent here; dont anticipate getting your deposit back. I had gone to check out the Lake View apartment, but the staff was not interested in showing the apartments and the property manager had kids in the office. She showed me an apartment that was recently vacated. She mentioned proudly that previous renter would not get back their deposit.Needless to say, I did not decide to rent the apartment.
