Based ok my experience, I would not recommend Lakeview Apartments to anyone. There are better options available that offer more responsive management and more affordable and comfortable living environments. Don’t trust them the Will just charge you the deposit fee for each person…. The charge us 160$ the can just write nicely but if you call them the will show the real face….. if the are not approving why the should take the money.
They tricked us, so much paperwork but still they didn't give us the apartment, they are unprofessional, I called every day and followed them, they take and never give us back 160$, we paid a deposit also. but they just want an application fee and they don't want to give us the apartment, unfriendly Persons don’t Trust them. please
The worst place that I have experienced. They will collect the application fee and then they will deny you. They are doing business on the application fee that they collect from people. I was denied with excellent credit and over 100k/year just because my brother's credit was not as good. When I asked if they work with bad credit they said yes but they would collect an extra deposit which was okay with us. After the application fee was paid and our credit was run they denied us. Of course, they wanted our money.
