Visited my friend who lives here.. the dark guy in the golf cart is rude and pays no attention driving that thing! He sped off cutting me off from a blind corner and didn't even bother to check for incoming car! By 2 seconds he would have hit my car! Edit to reply... of course he doesn't recall because he didn't check for incoming car turning the corner! HE SPED CUTTING ME OFF. Communication is clear. I'm not taking a hour drive to show up in person to say the same thing.
Living at Lakeview Apartments has been good experience was living here almost 5 years . On the positive side, the garden apartment is a big plus — it’s beautiful, well-kept, and a great space for our kids to play safely. The community overall feels welcoming and noisy and good for families. Our apartment was old but lot of the natural light ,no ac ,the lack of in-unit laundry has been a consistent challenge, especially with kids. Based ok my experience, I would not recommend Lakeview Apartments to anyone. There are better options available that offer more responsive management and more affordable and comfortable living environments. Don’t trust them the Will just charge you the deposit fee for each person…. The charge us 160$ the can just write nicely but if you call them the will show the real face….. if the are not approving why the should take the money.
