Awful place stinks like a cat box and AWFUL quack vet. Left my dog (who had been run over) for 5 hours and never did a thing to help her! She said you re not a regular client so I wasn t sure what you wanted me to do for her REALLY?! Then call me or use some common sense!! Flopping leg obviously broken and not an oz of relief for the poor dog ridiculous.
I am new to the area and needed a vet for my senior dog. She had been having problems peeing at night and in the house. Dr. Baxter did a very brief exam (no test for bladder infection, really didnt do much but ask me a few questions) and then gave her meds. She told me her teeth needed to be cleaned so I scheduled an appointment for the following week.I had used them as a kennel and my dog didnt seem to mind going at all. Wonderful place with great prices with a nice, home-like feel.. this is the best vet Ive been to!
Dr. Baxter is great. Not only are the prices good but her "bedside manner" is also wonderful. She is truely interested in each pet and their owner. Her staff is great also. They all handle the pets very well. My 3 dogs dont mind going to see Dr. Baxter at all.
Dr. Baxter is one of the top notch vets in Carrollton. I have been taking my 4 cats to her for over 2 years and she continues to give great care to them. A big plus is that she charges less than most vets around Carrollton, most of whom treat you like a number. I highly recommend her.
