Finally someone who didnt think I was a stupid girl! – I just gotta say, as as girl most electronics places treat you like you are stupid or something. Not Laketown, this was by far the best experience I had at any of the places in salt lake. I rewarded them with my business! It was refreshing to not feel as though I was being taken advantage of. SALT LAKE CITY ' S BEST CAR AUDIO – I actually came into Laketown because of the good ratings that they had online. I was not disappointed. They took the time to teach me the new features and how to operate the radio before I had it installed. They were able to get me in right away without an appointment and kept all of their promises they made with regards to price, performance, and even the amount of time it would take to do the installation. SALT LAKE CITY CAR AUDIO EXPERTS! – Salt Lake City car audio fanatics need to check this place out. I just spent 2 hours in this shop and am amazed at the selection of great quality product they sell and stock. I found them off of Pioneer electronics website and although it took a little longer to get to these guys in Draper, the extra 10 minutes paid off. Best Car Audio Ever – I was referred to Laketown Speed and Sound a few years ago by a good friend who knows the owner. The first time I went there I was nothing but impressed with the depth of knowledge of the sales people. Very Impressed! – My driving experience will never be the same again. Laketown showed me just how wonderful the technology for my car is these days. Our insurance adjuster referred us to this store to replace a stolen system and we shared our frustration in some of the other local shops in town. DON'T DO IT – If you want something done right the first time, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO. I work for a dealership here in Salt Lake and we are looking for a new vender on audio stuff. We gave them a try and they sold us on the idea of a dealer special. When it sounds to good to be true, trust me IT IS. I have had them install a DVD player on my truck, giving them a try.
