This has been a great property management company to me. Several months ago I lost the key to my apartment and didn't find out until pretty late in the afternoon. I was able to get a hold of Grant and he called out a locksmith and made sure I could get into my place before the end of the night. I ended up having to break my lease a couple months early. The process of application and signing the lease was easy. However three months into renting the property Lakestreet stopped being responsive. I was locked out of my unit and left multiple messages, input a locked out request and yet 16 hours later I have still not had a response. I waited outside for hours seeing that a technician had been assigned. However no one showed up. I would not suggest this company’s rental properties to anyone. You know I see all these amazing reviews about this company but I didn’t have the same experience. This is my first go at getting a place to call my own after graduating college. Credit ain't high cause it isn't established I never rented from anyone that’s why I had a co-signer who owns property of their own and had the desired credit score I was told I needed to have but was told they now desire a co-signer with a higher and stronger credit score.
