Lake Street manages a handful of problematic properties in Seattle that they take too passive of a role in maintaining. I had a pretty terrible experience renting a property in the Fremont area that Lake Street manages. I would seriously think twice before renting from them. This apartment manager is a 10/10. He helped me and my wife through every part of our move in and stay. If there was ever a maintenance issue, communication was quick and reliable. Because of how awesome management was I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable apartment. A

This has been a great property management company to me. Several months ago I lost the key to my apartment and didn't find out until pretty late in the afternoon. I was able to get a hold of Grant and he called out a locksmith and made sure I could get into my place before the end of the night. I ended up having to break my lease a couple months early.
