Avoid committing any money to this company. If avoiding them is not possible, take lots of photos (in context of each room). Insist on check out walkthrough, otherwise they will make up fake charges and steal most of your security deposit. They do a poor job de-icing their driveway through the complex. They like a submissive tenant but will mess with you if you advocate for yourself or ask them to provide what they promise. They only care about money. Most dishonest landlord I ever had!
