so happy i came across lakeside clinic for my first iud insertion! the consultation was thorough and communication with front desk was super easy - i didn't feel rushed and all my questions were answered. the procedure day i felt informed with everything going on and supported by the amazing women on staff. thank you so much for such a positive experience with no surprises and creating a very caring environment.
My wife recently required a service offered by this clinic. Not only was everyone extremely professional, kind and compassionate, the atmosphere put us both at ease and made for an experience the likes of which we have never seen in this type of service. I can't thank the staff enough for being so supportive throughout the process. I wish more people knew about this place!
This was my first time coming to this clinic and I just want to say thank you to the nurses and doctors who took care of me. I was nervous, but everyone was kind, supportive and made me feel very comfortable. It really meant a lot.
