This would have been our first time here....they were recommended to us. I made an appointment for my Husband to have an eye exam. My Husband received a text message on his cell phone asking him to switch appointment days. My Husband did not respond to the text message....because he was working. Today he received a text message in almost all CAPITAL letters...asking him why he didn't respond to the text message. I have cancelled the eye exam appointment... and we will not be going here. Dr. Coyne is a pleasure to go to. I only visit every couple years but she is always friendly and professional. She explains things very well and she’s very personable. I highly recommend her and her team. The office staff are helpful and friendly, something rarely seen in some offices today.
Dr. Coyne is amazing! She knew exactly what was going on with me based on my description, and proposed a separate prescription for computer lenses. Now I'm not struggling as I work long hours on a computer. Thank you so much, Dr. Coyne, for caring and giving me what my eyes (and neck) so desperately needed. (Prescription was filled by the most amazing optician, but he understood the assignment and provided clarity.)
Dr. Coyne noticed something in my right eye that needed further attention. I was originally booked to see my retinal specialist in February. Because she pushed for me to be seen sooner, I was moved to January, and then again to December of the same week. Because of that, I was able to get laser treatment for a retinal detachment before it became worse. The retinal specialist told me directly that if Dr. Coyne hadn’t pushed so hard to get me seen, the situation could have been very different for my vision. I appreciate what... read more
I love the way you are treated with the upmost respect. The smiles you get. The laughs ...they don't only see with their eyes but with there caring hearts .I drive from Brantford in summer or winter to go here ....so professional. If I lived four hours away I would still see dr.Backus and the staff. Thank you for taking care of my eyes 👀 and soul
