Amazing property! I love it here! Big shoutout to Natalie and Roger for always making sure their residents are taken care of!!! I 100% recommend this complex, it’s clean awesome amenities and the staff are quick to help and answer any questions you may have!
Raymond was a great help, he fixed my AC unit that was down and was very friendly and helpful!!
Rent’s cheap, but so is the effort put into managing and maintaining the place. Apparently “cleaning” and a water bill cost exactly one full security deposit here — impressive math.
Management doesn’t do what they are supposed to do when you put it maintenance requests.. they barely pick up the phone and the laundry rooms are filled with roaches and termites .. save yourself a headache
Was looking for somewhere more affordable and found Lakeside Villas. Sara from the office was so helpful and made the application process smooth. The apartment is renovated and was very clean when I moved in! I love it. Only thing I’m not a fan of is the lack of washer and dryer in unit, but they did let me know before moving in.
