I’ve been living here almost a year and I honestly can’t complain. No place will ever be perfect but I’ve enjoyed thus far, whenever I put in a maintenance request at max it’s a 2 day turn around. When I have questions comments and concerns the front office teams either will connect via a return call or email quickly. Overall I’m content.
I wish I could give 0 stars, my time living here was dreadful,stressful and my Biggest waste of money. Do NOT rent here if you would like to keep your sanity. The landlord refused to fix my water pressure and the people above me smoke so much weed. I’ve filled complaints but nothing has been done about the weed smell,the management has fouled mouthed me and even called me a racial slur. I lived at Lakeside Villa for three years and truly enjoyed my time there. The community is peaceful, well maintained, and a great place to call home. Management was responsive, and the location made everyday living easy and comfortable. I’m grateful for the experience and would definitely recommend Lakeside Villa to anyone looking for a nice place to live.
The application process was challenging, but Amber helped us navigate each step successfully. Really nice and helpful. Moving in today!
Been here for almost 10 years and now I’m started to get hidden unexplained fees charged to me. Unable to reach management as usual. I don’t feel safe like I use to either. Looking for another place. Don’t bother with this one.
