Love it. Very simple yet still detailed for an easy move-in!!!
I just wanted to do a tour on yesterday. I walked in, greeted, asked questions about a 1bed room 1bath, it seems as if I was being rushed throughout the conversation, she stated she would email me all the details and virtual tours. ( never got the email) I asked to do a tour of an apartment but she said we can’t go outside today because of the weather. it was only drizzling outside, she offered me to come back a full week later to do the tour. I’ve been living here almost a year and I honestly can’t complain. No place will ever be perfect but I’ve enjoyed thus far, whenever I put in a maintenance request at max it’s a 2 day turn around. When I have questions comments and concerns the front office teams either will connect via a return call or email quickly. Overall I’m content.
I wish I could give 0 stars, my time living here was dreadful,stressful and my Biggest waste of money. Do NOT rent here if you would like to keep your sanity. The landlord refused to fix my water pressure and the people above me smoke so much weed. I’ve filled complaints but nothing has been done about the weed smell,the management has fouled mouthed me and even called me a racial slur. I have had leaks in my bathroom that STILL weren’t fixed after my 1 year lease. I wish I never spent so much money here, I would rather had ... read more
