We just toured the complex with Olivia and it was great. She was very helpful with showing us around as well as answering any questions we had. We hope to move in soon
I had an excellent experience with Amber during my tour/visits and my move to Lakeside Villas. She was extremely helpful to me. She’s very professional, friendly and she was very knowledgeable about the property. Kenya and Olivia were very pleasant during my visits to the property as well.
WORST APARTMENT EVER Do not move in these apartments!! They have zero security. The gate is constantly broke 24/7 which means anyone can get in! They nickel and dime you to death when you move!!! They charge you a $150 move out fee and when asked what the fee was for due to me also being charged a clean up fee.. (i had an issue with carpet) Ashley Butler stated this fee did not go towards ANYTHING and basically just an extra payment for the owners to have. This place is a garbage , management terrible i don't recommend to anybody stay away.
DO NOT LIVE HERE. my original review was too long to post so here’s a summary: -trash overflows all over the streets. Always smells like garbage and there’s a raccoon infestation bc of it. -DIRTY. Trash, food, chicken bones, dog poop all over (even on the sidewalks). Nobody is even attempting to keep this place clean -MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE! They close the office early, leave for lunch early and come back late. Don’t return any missed calls or emails.
