Has anyone even been able to get in touch with them ? I've called so many times the last few WEEKS to schedule a tour and have never gotten a response. Even left my name and number twice 🤷♀️ If I lived there I'd be pretty annoyed if I needed to contact someone and no response.
I tried calling several times before actually booking a tour online never received a call back once I booked a tour online to their only available time which was in the middle of the day during work week. I called that morning to see if I was able to reschedule or push it back or to see if I was able to come 30 minutes late of course no call back. I have lived here at Lakeside Villas Apartment for five years. I think it's great. The apartments are, (at least mine is), so quite. I haven't heard any noise from the apartments around me and only hear a few bumps from upstairs one. Every service request I have made was completed very quickly. Sometimes the same day. The people in the office have always been helpful and friendly. The layout of my one bedroom apartment is perfect for this 73 year old lady. I love it here and recommend Lakeside Villas to everyone.

I just wanted to do a tour on yesterday. I walked in, greeted, asked questions about a 1bed room 1bath, it seems as if I was being rushed throughout the conversation, she stated she would email me all the details and virtual tours. ( never got the email) I asked to do a tour of an apartment but she said we can’t go outside today because of the weather. it was only drizzling outside, she offered me to come back a full week later to do the tour.
