*in response to the owners response: my apt. was NOT professionally cleaned (dishes were left in kitchen drawers & mold in the linen closet-as pictured). My video of water leaking into my unit was not an isolated incident, in fact it occurred 2x while I resided there and was NOT remediated by a professional company; maintenance simply placed a fan in my unit to dry the water (that’s it). Do not live here. It is a scam all the way around. The manager and leasing agents are all incompetent and don’t know how to communicate. I was never late on rent, I never caused an issue, was courteous to my neighbors…but I eventually got the bad end of the deal. My apt had a gnat problem that was NEVER addressed. Trying to charge me $150 as some type of ridiculous “ move out” fee After I’ve satisfied my lease and paid all that I owed, cleaned the Apt from top to bottom with pics and vids to prove it. Amber is amazing! Always pleasant, always helpful, and always available either via phone or email. I wish I could give my experience more than 5 stars for how she went above and beyond for me! The other women in the office were very nice and pleasant as well.
Absolutely horrible!!! I had a scheduled tour for today at 10:30am I waiting until 10:45 and no one was at the office and doors were locked. Crazy thing is that I received a confirmation text and email for the tour. I also tried calling twice and no one answered. As I was waiting outside the office door 2 current residents told me DO NOT DO IT!! They both stated multiple car break in, stealing of rims, they don’t fix things that are broken in the apartment. This the worst apartment complex i’ve ever dealt with, they charge me $70 dollars for an application fee and additionally $210 for an administration fee, i decided to not move foward with the application the very next day and still charge me $280, they stop taking my phone calls when they see my number and just went radio silent. Worst service ever, SAFE YOUR MONEY, they make you sign papers you cant undo and then sent you to a debt collector, it happened to me, it will happen to you
