This the worst apartment complex i’ve ever dealt with, they charge me $70 dollars for an application fee and additionally $210 for an administration fee, i decided to not move foward with the application the very next day and still charge me $280, they stop taking my phone calls when they see my number and just went radio silent. Worst service ever, SAFE YOUR MONEY, they make you sign papers you cant undo and then sent you to a debt collector, it happened to me, it will happen to you
Absolutely horrible!!! I had a scheduled tour for today at 10:30am I waiting until 10:45 and no one was at the office and doors were locked. Crazy thing is that I received a confirmation text and email for the tour. I also tried calling twice and no one answered. As I was waiting outside the office door 2 current residents told me DO NOT DO IT!! They both stated multiple car break in, stealing of rims, they don’t fix things that are broken in the apartment. If you want anything done right go to Kenya Rainy!!
Car break ins, wheel and tire theft run rampant. If you value your vehicle or your belongings in your vehicle, this is not the place for you. Management is a joke, except for Kenya Rainy. Every morning, it seems like someone's tires are stolen or glass broken from auto theft.
Parking is absolutely insane. I’ve been annoyed for awhile just didn’t complain because I actually like the complex for the most part. However having to park 3 or more buildings down from your actual building while it’s storming is crazy work especially when rent increases at renewal. I’ve been on the “waiting list” to get a reserved parking spot for almost a year now.
