I really like living here. Nice grounds and well maintained. Maintenance is always taken care of in a timely manner. Our office manager Kathy is fantastic.
This place is home! Kathy is so kind and easy to work with. Neighbors are very friendly and there is a sense of community, especially during events! It’s pet friendly and my dog absolutely loves it here. Maintenance keeps everything in top notch shape and always comes in a timely manner for repairs. I would recommend Lakeside Villas to everyone looking for a well kept property!
First time living completely on my own and I love it here! My 1-bedroom apartment is the perfect size for me, and being on the second floor has vaulted ceilings in the living room/kitchen, which is a nice added bonus! Garage for my car as well as washer/dryer hookups in bathroom closet, which are two major amenities I was seeking when apartment hunting.
