The new staff at this place is the worst that I have ever encountered! We have had so many problems with them that I will not attempt to name them all. When we first moved there in February 2012, the staff at the time was very pleasant and professional. If there were any problems they were taking care of immediately; however when new management took over, we couldn't get any of our needs addressed. I was not impressed with Lakeside Villa when it came to the business end.I was never told when I filled out the application and paid $49.00 for the application fee and $50.00 for security deposit if I was not approved for the apartment I would not get my application money back. I was never told verbally or in writing.
