As beautiful as the property and nearby neighborhood is, it’s not worth living here. I reluctantly renewed my lease being in no place to move right away and I regret it. Since I’ve moved in I’ve known zero peace: there was a flea infestation (I don’t have pets), loud continuous upstairs parties and cleaning up my neighbor’s dog’s feces that fell from their balcony onto mine. My only issue with this apartment is that they don’t notify us of this Going on. For example robberies, breakin’s both home and car. The only way you know is if your neighbors talk to you a out what’s going on. Very more management, or they just don’t care as long as you pay your rent . 3 home break ins, stolen property, and 1 car break in I know about and personal went to leasing office about . They will let you know some one lost a dog but they won’t let you know someone broke into your neighbors house and cleared it out .
