Julia has been great to work with. She’s been diligent in helping us with filling out forms, and explaining the ins and out of Lakeside. The park is well maintained and cared for.
Nice and quiet and well maintained.
Increasing the space rent every year but giving us nothing for it, how long was the hot tub broke?! I’m not even sure it’s fixed now! We need an HOA, as residents we should have a say! For over $1,000 something should be included, like water or garbage. From my personal research this is one of the highest if not the highest space rent in town. What are we paying for?! Some guy who walks around with a leaf blower and blows the same pile of leaves over and over? Watched a guy blow the same pile of pine needles for over an hour... read more
I love living here they gave us a chance when we really needed to find a home. We use the club house for family get together and its so simple. Staff is always nice when I have questions.
