Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with my cat, Max. I took him in for an emergency appointment because he was extremely sick. He was sent home with meds the first day and brought right back in the next day because he had gotten worse. After a 3 day hospitalization in Orchard Park, he is now thriving. I had always had great service up until this point, but unfortunately, I feel that did not happen with any of Max’s treatment.

We recently brought home a new puppy for our family. I contacted Lakeside Vet Medicine prior to bringing home the puppy to ask questions, as it has been several years since I have had a dog. The staff were so friendly and told me exactly what I needed from the breeder to ensure our puppy comes home happy and healthy. Amazing staff. They took me right away when it was my dog’s time to go and made saying goodbye that much easier. They handle my scaredy-cat pit beautifully, with authority and kindness. Reasonable prices and easy to see a vet.
I have never had a bad experience with this office. Dr Jamie (we usually see her) and her staff are amazing. They treat your animals as if they were treating their own and you never walk away feeling uncomfortable about what’s going on. I could write a book about this office seeing as though I was there at least once a month with Winston. I highly recommend Lakeside to anyone who is looking for a new vet.
Awesome staff, doctor did a thorough exam. Highly recommend them for all your pets needs.
