Not very handicap friendly restrooms near the Diagnostic Center. Took my client in a wheelchair today. *The door closes on you when trying to enter. *The handicap stall is roomy enough and everything was accessible as needed per spacing. *The angel in which someone needs to wash their hands is narrow. Leaving now room to get paper towels when finished. *The soap dispenser is in the center of 2 sinks making it absolutely impossible for someone in a wheelchair by themselves to wash their hands after going 1 or 2 (being polite ... read more

Per this experience, 8/8/23 Took my client to ER. Construction going on. Got client into ER and parked in Handicap stall. About 5 or 6 designated for that. 2 stalls left. I parked in the last one in the ER section. A construction truck was sitting in one of the Handicap stalls. If this one I used was taken, I would have any place for my client. Then, she was placed in the lobby to wait for dr orders.

My daughter sliced her finger open so the doctor went to inject a numbing agent using a syringe to but he went through my daughter's finger into the nurses finger. Later, my daughter had to get her blood tested to make sure she didn't contract anything from the nurse.
