Customer service was excellent – Loved the fact that the communication was great. I didn;t have to chase anyone around to find out what was going on with my vehicle. Everyone at the desk was very nice.

Thank you Lakeside Collison! – Very efficient, very pleasant. i was kept informed of the status of the repairs ans the job was completed well before the promise date. there are no problems that have occured relative to the repairs since I took posession of it 10/14/10/ Thanks!!!!!!

EXCELLENT WORK DONE – I HAD MY 4RUNNER WORKED ON @ LAKESIDE COLLISION. THEY MADE IT VERY FAST AND EASY FOR ME , THEY CALLED ENTERPRISE FOR ME TO PICK ME UP AND KEPT ME INFORMED EVERY OTHER DAY ON THE WORK BEING DONE TO MY VEHICLE. IT WAS EVEN READY ON THE PROMISED DATE. GOING ON A MONTH AND HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH MY 4RUNNER. WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

NO COMPLAINTS!! – I recently had my vehicle repaired at LAKESIDE COLLISION CENTER. My experience was a 10 all the way. The staff was friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. They even called me every other day to let me know what was going on with my car. It was even ready 2 days earlier. I cant tell my car was in a wreck. I have and will recommend LAKESIDE COLLISION.

These guys are idiots work is incompentant – car looked great when I picked it up. But once i drove it at highway speeds and took a look at the car I found out the work was not done right. My rear bumper is not assembled right, fogs lights weren't clipped in and were about to fall out and so was my bottom grille which fell out and was ran over. This place is just a circus, losers, and not educated monkeys. Please keep your car away from this place thank you.

Poor work, terrible service...never, NEVER again! – THIS IS DEFINITELY THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! IT TOOK 2 MONTHS FOR MY VEHICLE TO GET "FIXED" AND I AM STILL FINDING PROBLEMS WITH THE WORK WHICH WAS DONE AT LAKESIDE! Taking my truck to Lakeside Collision after my accident was the worst possible thing I could have ever done. I was involved in a hitand run in August of '07 and had to take my truck to a service center approved by my insurance company. Very Unprofessional at Lakeside Toyota Collision Center, I will never go there again!! – After having some damage to my vehicle by a tornado in New Orleans I brought it to Lakeside Collision Center. I had damage on the driver side door and also the rear of the vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off on February 26th and picked it up on March 6th, 2007. After paying for the repairs I got into my vehicle and after turning on my radio I IMMEDIATELY noticed that the clock in the car was not correct and the radio presets were all gone.... read more
