We saw a truck online at this location which was over an hour away from us. We called to verify truck was available before leaving to head that way. We were connected with Leonard who was very nice and helpful in verifying the truck was there for us! Once we arrived he already had the truck ready for us to view and test drive. After falling in love with the truck we discussed pricing and our wants/needs and Leonard and his team made it happen right away!! Would highly recommend him and the staff at Lakeside!
Brought my vehicle for scheduled 15,000 mile Toyotacare. I ensured to select and verbally verify all services I wanted completed at my appointment (Tires rotation, Re-torque propeller shaft, lubricate propeller shaft). After a 2 hour wait, I get the call my vehicle is ready. To my surprise all that was completed was the tire rotation.
