I’m a Toyota fanatic, and so when my car breaks down, this is the closest place to have it towed. Not sure I would use them if I had a real choice. Their actual service WORK is fantastic, and if your car is assigned to Tina, you’ll have a great time. If it’s not, you may call 6-8 times before someone from service or collision center calls you back. I purchased a new car from them recently because my Prius finally died (RIP 😭). Caleb Copeland has got to be one of the WORST used car salesman I have ever had to interact with. He is EXTREMELY pushy and didn't listen to my husband or I when we got there. We told him upon arrival, that we were just looking at vehicles. We looked at one and asked if we could get an estimate on our possible monthly payments which, I guess, led Caleb to believe we wanted to purchase the truck. Had Vehicle in stock easy to deal with sales person very professional and in and out without any problems
Cameron was very easy to deal with, very straightforward & honest. We agreed on a bottom line price very quickly. He had to order the vehicle that I wanted and he kept me updated on the progress regularly. Communication was great! I wish all car buying experiences were this easy!
