The service department always gives good customer service whenever I have been there. They are upfront in telling you exactly what is wrong and follow through to fix it. Dave and Tina have been there for a while and I can always trust them.

Went to have my Highlander service for a recall on the fuel pump at 9:00 car ready by 2pm as John Paul ( service desk agent ) told me . Very satisfied with Lakeside Toyota .

Terrible Service Department. Look, I ran a high-end vehicle service and repair shop for a few years so I know good service and generally cut shops slack. But not when they lie to me. Service advisor Jean Paul Buisson (1) refused to honor pricing on a Lakeside Toyota mailer saying that it was a misprint and "I'm not going to lose money on this battery" so this was a clear bait and switch, (2) lied about his battery price, (3) hung up on me after I asked about the mailer pricing, and (4) quoted a firm price for work and then c... read more
