Horrible this car is just an ad to get into the dealership to finance instead. I called to verify if the vehicle was available they confirmed set an appointment time. I arrived at the appointment very upfront and let the salesman know we were there to purchase the vehicles advertised cash price. It was confirmed with a “yes mam”. Go to his cubicle to look it up he doesn’t see it in the system. He steps away to check inventory status with manager. Return to tell us the vehicle has been sold that morning…lies lies!! I was told that someone would return my call and no one ever did. First Tiffany reached out to me, then someone else called and when I responded to them via text, I was told that someone else would reach out to me. But in the end no one ever reached back out to me.
I strongly advise against this Dealership . The manager also imposed additional fees despite our existing price agreements. I do not recommend toyota of Dallas to purchase brand new vehicles.

Tried to added almost 3k in dealer add ons to a used car. Glad I didn’t drive 6 hours just for them to pull that on me.
