Unfortunately I am disappointed with my recent experience at Lakeside Toyota. I had to get a new remote for my car. Purchasing that was easy and quick. Ed was very delightful and friendly. But, when I needed the remote programmed....well, that experience was as easy and quick. To program a remote takes about 20/30 minutes at the most since it is done electronically. I setup an appointment for 12 noon, and was told me it would take anywhere from an hour to 2 hours to program the remote. I show up for my appointment at the pro... read more

I went to Lakeside Toyota to look at a used car. I wasn’t planning on buying yet. I saw the car and it was really what I needed, it was time to get a new car. I had the kindest most patient salesman I ever met, Geoff Patchin. He helped me with the process and I am very grateful for that. Btw My grandchildren are super excited their Abuela has a cool car with air conditioning 😂
Had my routine maintenance done. Everyone was very friendly and got out in just an hour. They are in their new facility which is quite nice.
