Went through a recent closing on a refinance loan. The process has been one of the most complicated process I have dealt with despite being a simple refinance... I was also hit with a last minute 5k fee which represented 40% of the closing cost that was not disclosed at any time in the process. Overall very disappointing and would not recommend doing business with this firm.
I’ve worked with The Lakeside Ladies several times - but this time it was for my wife and I. When you look for a title company, you’re looking for people who will be in contact with you throughout the whole process and truly care about the experience you’re having. Well, they didn’t miss a beat and again I’m thoroughly impressed with everything they’re able to keep track of. Not to mention, they’re amazing people And love to see others, success in personal life and business life!
