I've had some issues since I've moved in but decided to rewrite my review because for the most part the staff + neighbors all seem to be pretty decent. There's just a few bad apples, and I hate to lump everything together... Just make sure you get a surveillance system, they're pretty cheap nowadays. + Don't leave any belongings laying around. Otherwise everyone is really friendly. The park is nice and open and the place seems to be pretty low key and safe.
If I had known about my neighbor's "extracurricular" activities, I would've seriously reconsidered moving in — maybe even opted to stay homeless. I was assured there was zero crime here, but less than two weeks after moving in, someone stole a $2,000 toolbox right out of my truck in broad daylight. I reported it to park staff, but nothing was done. The maintenance person seemed more worried about my missing items being a road hazard than actually helping me recover them. I lived here about 18 months and rented from the Rantas. Great experience, and everyone was so nice! It was great being so close to the corridor, too!
