I have been with Dr Gregory Hall @ Lakeside Surgical associates for 27 years now and he sets the bar high ! His staff is very professional, and helpful ! I would not ever change Doctors for all the money in the world! He is very professional and spends time answering all of your questions! He doesn’t just treat me he treats my whole family! I never received a phone call to confirm my appointment for Dr. Hall, that morning I called to make sure I still had it and they told me 2:45 to fill out paperwork and 3PM for my actual appointment. First time here so I figure ok, I showed up at 2:30, early, but still, waiting room is PACKED. I fill out my paperwork and wait some more. Currently it is 4 PM, STILL waiting in the waiting room along with another gentleman that I'm sure has been here for over 1 1/2 waiting as well. This Docotor office is ridiculous. Great surgeon, I ment to do this 2 years ago. Dr. Hall preformed a very serious surgery for me, life or death situation. I'm feeling great because of his skill and knowledge.
I had to have emergency surgery a few weeks ago at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center and Dr. Gregory Hall was my physician/surgeon. I had an awesome experience with him and everyone at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center! Dr. Hall did a great job of explaining everything that was going to happen, I felt informed and comfortable. He was also very knowledgeable of my condition and gave me great advice and post-care instructions. It really helped turn a bad situation into a good experience!
