I had an awesome hot stone massage but the girl at the front desk was very rude. No greeting and no smile, she looks so grumpy. She doesn't even look at me when she asked me some questions. I am not going back at all even my massage was good
I phoned and booked a couples massage package in August. The massage was decent, however the website is extremely misleading and I was not informed over the phone when I booked the appointment that the cost outlined on the website ($305) was per person not per couple. One would assume when booking a “COUPLES PACKAGE” the cost would be per couple. It makes no sense that the price is per person for a “COUPLES PACKAGE”.
